Ok
First visit to this shelter and really disappointed with the maintenance.
It's dirty, very poorly maintained and not cleaned.
I can understand that volunteers do what they can with what they have but I think there is a minimum to respect.
Be careful of your vehicle because the road is completely broken to access the refuge. Adoption prices are lower than some.
Good morning,
I am very disappointed with the behavior of ACPA. Me and my boyfriend wanted to offer a house to a nice doggie, so we went to take the steps with our family with the only small problem that we can't give all the money at once, we asked them if we could pay several times and they accepted. Two weeks later after we had become attached to the dog after several walks, just to give us time to pay as agreed, the staff forbade us from walking him again under the excuse of "fear that he would become attached to us" but what could be more normal to get attached when you plan to adopt it. But what was our surprise when we learned some time later that the dog was reserved for another family without even warning us and without us being able to do anything other than say goodbye to a dog that We got attached for nothing. Anyway, if you can, go look elsewhere
The shelter is poor, poorly maintained, there are dirty animals with lots of dust on them. The staff is not respectful at all. I strongly advise against it. Dead dog in its cage because of the unacceptable cold to see it. Brigitte Bardot had to intervene
Very good association, very warm welcome and both dogs and cats live in good conditions. The refuge is very well maintained.
I give 1 star too bad we can't put 0 originally you are there to place abandoned animals in loving families you are not there to discriminate against people with disabilities let me explain on several occasions you have refused adoption to disabled people, something which I find unacceptable and moreover if you allow yourself to say the opposite I would be delighted to come with the people concerned
My Malinois went to dog boarding at the ACPA for 17 days, everything went wonderfully. A very friendly team who knew how to entertain him and also take him out for walks regularly. News received by email as soon as the need arises and also some photos sent. Well maintained boxes, very clean environment. And as a bonus, the money given to keep my dog goes for those who are not lucky enough to have an adoptive family or for the maintenance of the ACPA. A place to recommend.
Super nice staff who take good care of the animals.
People wishing to adopt go through the a.c.p.a. there are so many abandoned animals.
